Ingredients - 4 pork cutlets - 3 tablespoons butter or margarine - flour - salt and pepper to taste - 3 tablespoons pecans, finely chopped - 2 tablespoons honey, divided (more, if desired) Accented with chopped pecans and honey, these cutlets are sweet, crunchy, and satisfying. Directions
- Lightly salt and pepper each side of pork cutlets and dredge in flour. In heavy skillet
over medium heat, melt butter in skillet and brown both sides of cutlets, cooking for 5 minutes. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey on top of cutlets.
Mix 1 tablespoon of honey with pecans.
