Ingredients - 1/2 cup plain yogurt - 3 tablespoons mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon sugar, or to taste - 2 teaspoons lemon juice, or to taste - 1 pinch salt - 4 apples, peeled, cored, diced - 2 cups grapes - 1 banana, peeled, sliced - 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (optional) Any fruit tastes extra special with this rich-tasting but low calorie dressing - use the ones suggested, or use whatever is available.
