Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Directions
  • Preheat oven to 325° F.
  • In a medium bowl, cream butter until light yellow. Add
    powdered sugar and almond flavoring, beating just until combined. Sift in the flour and stir just
    until combined; do not over mix.
  • Press dough firmly into pan and bake approximately 30
    minutes, or until light golden brown.
  • Remove from oven. Cool in pan 5 to 10 minutes. Cut while
