Ingredients - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened - 8 ounces Swiss cheese or sharp white cheddar - 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 cup chopped almonds (or slivered almonds chopped) Smooth and rich flavored, this cheese ball provides a festive garnish for brunches, holiday gatherings or any party event. Directions
- In a medium bowl, beat cheeses and Worcestershire sauce with an electric beater until
well blended.
Shape cheese mixture into a ball and roll in chopped almonds.
Chill for at least 1 hour and serve with crackers.
