Ingredients - 2 eggs, large - 1/4 cup milk, fat free - 1/8 teaspoon salt - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground - 1 tablespoon butter or margarine - 6 slices of bread - powdered sugar for garnish Directions
- In a small bowl, lightly beat eggs and whisk in milk, salt and cinnamon until completely
combined.
Heat the skillet over medium high heat. Melt butter in skillet. Place the egg mixture in a pie plate and soak each slice of bread in mixture, coating both sides. Immediately
