Directions
In a small bowl, lightly beat eggs and whisk in milk, salt and cinnamon until completely combined.
Heat the skillet over medium high heat. Melt butter in skillet. Place the egg mixture in a pie plate and soak each slice of bread in mixture, coating both sides. Immediately place coated bread slices in the prepared skillet, browning on both sides.
Serve hot. Garnish with powdered sugar, if desired. Top with your favorite syrup or fresh fruit.
