- 1 1/2 cups raisins or any dried fruit - 1 1/4 cups walnuts, chopped Soft, moist, and healthy, this cookie is a great addition to any cookie jar. Directions
- Preheat oven to 375ยบ F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
- In a large bowl, cream
sugars and butter. Beat in the eggs and squash.
Then, in a medium bowl, sift together all of the dry ingredients and stir into the creamed mixture. Add raisins and nuts and combine.
Spoon approximately 1 heaping tablespoon of batter per cookie onto the prepared cookie sheet. Adjust for the desired size of the cookie.
Bake for approximately 11 minutes.
Remove and cool the cookies on a baking rack.
