Ingredients
- 1/2 cup red currant jelly
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest (from one orange)
- 1/2 cup red wine (cabernet or merlot)
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash cayenne pepper 
 
Sweet and fruity, this flavorful, no-cook sauce is a great condiment for roast chicken or pork.
 
Directions
  • Pour jelly and grated orange rind in a bowl and beat well. Add remaining ingredients,
    stir until thoroughly blended.
