Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fat free milk
- 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt, nonfat
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional) 
 
Directions
  • Place all ingredients into blender, cover and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
