- In a skillet, over medium heat, add onions, celery, green pepper and garlic. Crumble the
ground beef on top of the vegetable mixture.
When ground meat is brown and vegetables are tender, drain mixture in a colander. Return mixture to skillet.
In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients together and then combine with meat mixture. Mix well.
Continue to simmer for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve on burger buns.
