Crab Salad Sandwich Recipe

Crab and vegetables blended with mayonnaise and seasonings make this sandwich spread especially delicious.

Crab Salad Sandwich Recipe (+)

Directions

In a bowl, blend celery, onion, red pepper and crab meat.
In a separate bowl, blend mayonnaise and seasonings. Add mayo mixture to crab mixture, fold together gently.
Garnish bread with greens and top with crab mixture. Sprinkle fresh, chopped parsley on top if desired. Serve immediately.

-		2 tablespoons onion, chopped fine
-		1/4 cup celery, diced
-		1/4 cup roasted red sweet peppers, chopped
-		1/4 cup light or regular mayonnaise
-		1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
-		2 sandwich buns
		salad greens for garnish (optional)
		fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
