Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- water 
 
Versatile Middle Eastern favorite that can be used as a salad dressing, a dipping sauce, or as a
condiment for flavoring a wide range of dishes.
 
Directions
  • In a food processor, combine fresh garlic and salt. Pulse 4-6 times or until blended.
  • Add tahini and spices, pulse 2 or 3 times.
  • Add lemon juice and pulse 2 or 3
    times. If consistency is too thick, thin with small quantities of water.
  • Use immediately

  • Serve with raw vegetables, pita triangles, or
    use as a dressing for salad.
