Sweet and Spicy Mustard Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients - 12 ounces dry mustard - 1 cup white vinegar - 1 cup granulated sugar - 4 eggs, well beaten - 4 tablespoons butter or margarine Makes approximately 2 cups. Directions
- In a double boiler, combine mustard, vinegar, and sugar.
- In a small bowl, beat
eggs and add to mustard mixture.
Cook 15 minutes in double boiler or until mixture becomes thick.
Remove mixture from heat and stir in butter until well blended.
Refrigerate.
TIP: Fills approximately 4 small jelly jars for gift giving.
