Pumpkin Pecan Bar

Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- FILLING:
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 13 1/2 ounces evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 3/8 cup sugar
- 3/8 cup brown sugar (combined with the white sugar above to total 3/4 cup)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- OPTIONAL:
- Whipped topping 
 
These easy bars make a good fall snack. The pumpkin bars can be made anytime of the year but

Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350 ° F.
