Ingredients
- 1 cup mango, diced
- 1 cup fresh peach, diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup tart apple, diced
- 1/4 cup diced pineapple
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar 
 
Fresh fruit with an exotic zing.
 
Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine mango, peach, apple, bell pepper, cilantro, vinegar, and sugar.
    Stir.
  • Cover and chill before before serving. Serve with chips or use as a salsa for
    grilled fish. May double recipe or add other fruits for interest and/or texture.
