Hi! I'm Julie. Here at the Kraft Kitchens, we love brewing up creative tricks and yummy treats for Halloween. Nutter Butter® peanut butter sandwich cookies help make our graveyard brownies ghoulishly good. Now, I made some brownies earlier and let them cool. You can either make them from scratch or prepare a family-size thirteen- by nine-inch brownie mix. Now all we need to do is decorate this devilish dessert.

Let's start with the delicious chocolate glaze. Earlier, I placed Baker's® unsweetened chocolate squares and unthawed Cool Whip® whipped topping in the microwave on high for one and a half to two minutes. I made sure all of the chocolate had completely melted, and I mixed the two together. Now, I just need to add some powdered sugar to the bowl to complete my glaze. And, you just want to mix it well. All right, how's that for an easy homemade glaze? Next, we need to frost the brownies. Cool Whip® whipped topping makes this glaze creamy, smooth, and delicious.

Now it's time to really turn these brownies into a fun Halloween treat. I'm going to create gravestones by using Nutter Butter® peanut butter sandwich cookies and decorating gel. Now, you can really be creative; you want to decorate these like gravestones. Be sure to get the kids involved with the decorating of the cookies. A few cookies might get eaten along the way, but that's okay.

Now, all we need to do is to assemble the graveyard using the cookies that we've decorated. You just want to stick them in so that they stay. Here's a spider web that I did earlier.

Now that our gravestone cookies are in place, I'm going to make it even better. Watch this trick: I'm going to add small amounts of green-tinted coconut at the base of each cookie for grass. Place your coconut in a zippered sandwich bag, and add two drops of green food coloring. Trust me, two is all you need. Then close the bag, and mix it around. Okay, it's ready. So now, just take a little pinch of grass, and place it at the base of each gravestone. And there we go.

You don't have to be a fine artist to create this masterpiece. It's so easy to serve up our graveyard brownies. Just watch how quickly they'll vanish. For more Halloween recipes, search keyword Halloween on Kraftfoods.com.
