Nut Butter

A flavored butter, served with fish, which consists of finely chopped or ground nuts mixed with softened butter. Walnuts, pecans and cashews are all good nuts to use. The butter is served in a log for individuals to slice pieces from or a slice of the nut butter can be place on top of the warm fish when it is served.
