A combination of the traditional Tomato Soup with an array of garden vegetables that offers a strong tomato and vegetable soup-like flavor. Made as a water-based soup, Tomato Vegetable Soup may typically contain any of the ingredients from a garden such as broccoli, cabbage, carrots, celery, onions, peas, sweet peppers, tomatoes, white beans, red beans, green beans, herbs, and seasonings. Most often a Tomato Vegetable Soup will be a lighter type of soup with a fresh flavor that can be served as a lunch soup or a side dish for evening meals.
