Originating from the state of Wisconsin in the U.S., this variety of cheese is made from pasteurized sheep's milk. Produced into round wheels weighing approximately 10 pounds, the white colored paste of Dante Cheese provides a smooth, rich flavor similar to a Manchego that can be paired nicely with fruit and a light bodied red wine.
