Flaxseed Bread

A type of bread that is usually made with whole wheat flour and is flavored with flax seeds and honey. The Flaxseeds give the bread an interesting nutty flavor and slightly crunchy texture. Sliced Flaxseed Bread is delicious for sandwiches and it is excellent toasted. Flaxseed is also very nutritious as it is one of the best sources of omega-3 fatty acids, which are beneficial in reducing cholesterol and lowering the risk of stroke and heart disease.
