Made for grilling shish kebabs, this utensil is a square-boxed version of a grilling basket. Constructed of stainless steel, the Kebab Basket is enclosed on three sides with a fourth side that opens so pieces of food can be placed into the basket. Kebab Baskets help to hold delicate foods, such as tomatoes, pineapple slices, or other food items that may be too soft to securely hold on a skewer.
