Vinegar produced from the sap and water of coconut trees that is fermented and aged to and processed into a mildly sweet vinegar. A common ingredient in Thai, Philippine and some Indian food dishes, coconut vinegar is fairly low in acidity, providing a mildly sweet coconut flavor for salads and fruit dishes when used as a dressing or sauce to complement various foods.
