A stainless steel utensil that is used to stir and mix small amounts of ingredients such as in a beverage. The beverage whisk is typically made with a handle similar to a swizzle stick topped with the ball stirrer on one end and a small, round balloon whisk on the other. The whisk allows the beverage and ingredients to be briskly agitated in order to blend or mix the contents more effectively than a thin straight swizzle stick. Beverage whisks may also be referred to as mini whisks.
