Jazz Apple

A new variety of apple created in New Zealand and is now making its way into the United States and other areas around the world. It is a cross between the Royal Gala and Braeburn varieties. It has an orangish red coloring over a light yellow background. It has an exceptionally crisp texture with a tangy sweet flavor.
