A white grape varietal grown in the Rhône region of France. Bourboulenc is one of thirteen grape varietals allowed in Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines. Significant varietel in the production of white wines from Minervois and Corbières.

Characteristics: Primarily used as a blending agent to provide freshness and acidity to white wine.
