|
Narrow, flat noodles that resemble a traditional pasta in many respects. Made from compressed Tofu, Tofu Noodles contain a significant amount of protein and nutrients. They have a slightly chewy texture and are most often served in stir-fried dishes, soups and salads. The Noodles are commonly available in fresh, frozen or dried forms when sold at Asian or natural food stores.
