Pasta Drying Rack

A wooden or stainless steel set of removable or rotating rods laying horizontally, evenly spaced and parallel to each other that are connected to a stand which keeps the rods a foot or more above the base of the rack stand. This pasta tool is used for drying strands of pasta after they are made by hand or produced from a pasta machine. The strands are draped across the rods to allow the air to evenly dry the pasta.
