Matcha

A traditional Japanese green tea made from young Gyokuro leaves that are finely ground into a bright green colored tea powder. It is a high quality tea that provides a delicately sweet flavor. This tea is traditionally served during the Japanese tea ceremony. "Hiki-cha" is another name used to reference this tea.
