Fresh or canned meat that consists of precooked, ready to serve meat loaves or sausages made from pork, ham, or beef. The meats are generally available as loaves, canned, sliced, or prepackaged vacuum packed portions and are most often served on sandwiches and hors d'oeuvre trays. This meat category is also known as luncheon meats or deli meats.
