Straight Forcemeat

A type of Forcemeat which has been made by combing pork and pork fat with an equal amount of another meat selected by the meat processor. Straight Forcement is produced by blending the meats and fat together into a fine textured consistency and then allowing it to be formed into the shape of the pan in which it is prepared.
