A very small variety of grape that usually grows to no more than 1/4" in diameter. It is seedless and the flavor is very sweet. Most of the Zante grape crop in the United States is grown in California. The grapes originated in Greece where a large quantity is still produced. Most of the Zante grapes are dried to be used as dried currants.
