A thick tasty paste made from ground peanuts that is used as a food spread or as an ingredient in recipes. It is available in creamy style where the paste is smooth and creamy, or chunky style where the paste contains coarsely ground peanut chunks, or as a mixture of peanut butter and jelly, which is a favorite combination for sandwich spreads.
