(Scientific Name: Agaricus brunnescens) A small, white mushroom with a mild taste, which is one of the most commonly used mushrooms in salads, soups, and main dishes. They can be stored in the refrigerator, wrapped in paper towels or in a paper bag, but should never be stored in plastic in the refrigerator.
