A kitchen utensil that is used to mix and thoroughly combine the ingredients required for making dough. A natural wood handle is both long and sturdy to help maintain leverage when mixing both dry and wet ingredients together into an elastic, textured mixture. Stiff, rounded wires of stainless steel are attached to the handle that are designed to allow the ingredients to be quickly combined into dough as they are easily worked within and around the sides of the mixing bowl.
