Ditali Pasta Glossary Term
Small, short-cut pasta tubes that are approximately 3/8" long. They are often used in soups.
Ditalini Pasta Glossary Term
A pasta shaped like a small tube that is often used in soups. A larger version of ditalini is known as ditali.
Double Crust Pie Glossary Term
A pie made with both a bottom and a top crust. The first crust used for the Double Crust Pie is the bottom crust which is rolled out and placed in the pie plate.
