"I have used this recipe and I wait to add the cilantro just before serving so that the salsa keeps the cilantro flavor, otherwise, if I put it in when I am canning it, the cilantro looses most of its flavor."

"Very good recipe. I only had about 15 cups of tomatoes to use and I added one banana pepper and cilantro to the mix. Next time I will add one more jalapeno too. With only 15 cups of tomatoes it made 7 pints."
