"While this recipe was simple it also tasted simple. If I was to make this again I would change some things like add more sauce and add some form of cheese to the sauce to that there is cheeseyness throughout. Perhaps cottage cheese or ricotta. The kids seemed to like it so at least that was a plus. I made the original recipe so it serves 12 and now I have a lot of left overs. I plan to make some more sauce and remix this meal before I reheat it. I've had MUCH better mac and cheese. I wouldn't call this mac and cheese given that the only cheese in the whole recipe is sprinkled on the top. My advice, modify this recipe to make it your own."
