"great recipe. simple and inexpensive to make. my valentines day concept consisted of filling 4" walnut shortbread tart crusts with a maple nut mousse, topping with caramel drizzle and a nice Grand Marnier raspberry coulis, and decorative spun sugar twill balanced nicely in the mousse for added presentation.
