"Wow! This recipe surprised me. I thought it sounded good but then when I started wrapping the brats in the crescent rolls I thought this is never going to work. But, surprisingly once they got on the grill the crescent roll started to cook and firmed up. The more they cooked the easier they turned. In the end they came out great and we all loved them. Great alternative to using a bun."
