"I agree with "barbqman", these barbecued short ribs are the best! They were so tender that they just fell off the bones and the flavor was fantastic. I will be making them again, soon!"

"I have been cooking short ribs for a good number of years, and this is by FAR THE BEST OF ALL THE RECIPES I have tried. According to my son, the sauce is to "Kill For". It has a marvelous flavor and could be used as a full steak sauce, BBQ sauce or marinade."
