"The banana bread was great but I didn't like having to mix ingredients in two different bowls. Then to combine them and stir by hand made it hard to get all ingredients mixed in. Next time I will mix with an electric mixer on low to combine ingredients. Otherwise, the bread turned out moist and delicious. I have young kids and they loved it."
