"I have tried this recipe and I think it simmers for 20 minutes or so to let the rice take on the flavor from the other ingredients. It turned out great for me."

"I always feel like I should fix something to go along with tacos when I make them so I tried this rice recipe. It was simple and just the right side dish for the tacos. I will definitely make it again."
