"I love this recipe because it just has a coating of bread crumbs but what is even better is that it gets baked in the oven rather than fried. My husband goes fishing and brings home fish but I never want to make it because it is such a mess to fry it on the stove. Now we can enjoy his catch! I think it would be a great recipe for any type of white fish."
