"This was a great way to fix a roast. It was so moist and flavorful. The meat just fell off the bones and the gravy made from the juices was excellent. I used a little larger roast and cooked it in a 6 quart slow cooker but used all the other ingredients as called for in the recipe. I served it with the "Make-ahead Mashed Potatoes"."
