"I did not have sour cream so instead we used: 3/4 cup 2% milk, 1/4 cup soft butter, and 2 tsp vinegar. We did not have a bundt pan so we used a 9X13 and baked it at 350 for 35-40 minutes. We wanted it to have a mocha flavor so we used coffee instead of water. I added extra dissolved in instant coffee in just a little water too so we could taste it. :)
We were a bit skeptical about how it would turn out but the finished product was great!"
