| About Me: | Have belonged to Boy Scout of America for almost 30 years. Started cooking for groups as a way to help a friend,and it kinda snowballed on me. I have cooked for as few as 5 and as many as 1200. I prefer groups of 100 or less. Menu items tend to be just good old fashioned home cooking ,though I do get a bit adventurous at times.Making home made biscuits for 125 can be a bit rough , but if you get up early enough you can do it.We do have help in the kitchen but I'm very hands on.There are those that help but I do the seasoning for the taste I'm looking for.All in all ,I really hope the people eating like the taste of my food and enjoy the meals. |
