Day 2
Dinner: 
Grilled White Cheddar Burgers
Country Potato Salad
Calico Beans with Bacon
Fruit Dessert Pizza

Day 3
Dinner: 
Shanghai Chicken Salad
Easy Egg Rolls

Day 4
Dinner: 
Hawaiian Meatballs
Couscous
Coconut Pineapple Bars
If you don't have couscous available your favorite rice side dish would go well with the meatballs also.

Day 5
Dinner: 
Grilled Cheese with Jam Sandwich
Deviled Eggs
Cherry Cola Float
If you don't have Maraschino cherries to make the Cherry Cola Float substitute it with a simple Root Beer Float.

Day 6
Dinner: 
Grilled Shrimp Pizza
Cheese Stuffed Breadsticks
Add a simple toss salad if you would like something extra with your pizza.

Day 7
Dinner: 
Beef Brisket in Beer
Roasted Red Potatoes
Oven Roasted Carrots
Tapioca Fruit Salad
Rhubarb Custard Yellow Cake
