BEAN SOUP

This is a homemade recipe to share it with your family. Quick, easy and delicious. Grind the beans are cooked (you can use from the previous day) and mixed with a good broth. Hanging this mixture and put the fire with 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in a cup of cold milk, 1 tablespoon butter, parsley and finely chopped coriander and salt and pepper to taste. Let it boil stirring constantly until thick and served with squares of fried bread and fried potatoes.

This bean soup taste amazing. however i also tried this soup - Black bean chorizo In saucepot, heat oil and cook green pepper, onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Stir in sausage, oregano, cumin and crushed red pepper flakes and cook 1 minute. Stir in beans and Knorr Beef flavor Bouillon Cube blended with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes. In blender make a smooth puree. Return soup to saucepot and simmer 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Season, if desired, and Garnish. Enjoy!

My family loves all soups, so we make them a lot. This will be another great one to try. Have you tried a portuguese soup called "Caldo Verde?" it's a kale soup and is our absolute favorite. I don't have the recipe on hand, but all you have to do is Google it and you will see some great authentic ones :)
