My family loves all soups, so we make them a lot. This will be another great one to try. Have you tried a portuguese soup called "Caldo Verde?" it's a kale soup and is our absolute favorite. I don't have the recipe on hand, but all you have to do is Google it and you will see some great authentic ones :)

Nutrition (Per Serving) The recipe serves 6 but how much is a serving? Is it 1 cup, 1 1/2 cup? I am a diabetic and need to know the carbs by measurement size not 1 serving.

In the list of ingredients, you show 8 oz of almond bark, nothing about it being divided. In the cookie dough portion of the instructions, you indicate that I should chop the almond bark into small chunks, then add the almond bark pieces to the crumbly butter/flour mixture, along with the chopped maraschino cherries.

I tried this so called simple recipe and it was a disaster. At 350 it seemed like it was never going to get done as I monitored it from 10 to 20 to 25 or minutes.
