I want to make rhubarb jam but the recipe i found was adding strawberry jello powder at almist the end. I dont want any strawberry flavor on it. What can i use instead of the jello?

If you don't have strawberry jello you could use a different flavor, such as raspberry or cherry. The jello helps thicken the jam but you could leave it out if you prefer. If you leave it out you will probably want to boil it longer to thicken the jam. While boiling the jam, test it to see if it is sweet enough for your taste. If not, add a little more sugar. You may also want to add a tablespoon or two of lemon juice to brighten the jam.

I just wanted to say thank you for being more specific with the ingredient amounts. I appreciate that.
Can you be more specific with some of your recipes for example: Salted Nut Roll Bars recipe - 4 butter or margarine, is this 4 Tablespoons, 4 Cups or what.
Could you use beef instead?

This could also be done with flour tortillas, too, right? And I wouldn't think you'd have the issues with breakage like with the corn tortillas.
