Question on recipes: Slow Cooker Breakfast Bake (3255)

I will have to start the slow cooker at 3 a.m. for it to be ready at 7 a.m. Any suggestions for cooking it in the oven? Cook it in the slow cooker during the day an reheat for breakfast?

You could bake this in the oven if you would like. Prepare a 9 x 13 baking pan or a large casserole dish by greasing the sides and bottom. Then prepare the ingredients as instructed on the recipe but instead of layering in a slow cooker add them to the baking pan or casserole dish. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and put the breakfast bake in the oven. Bake for an hour or until the center almost firm. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the bacon on top. Return to the oven and bake an additional 10 minutes or until the center is firm and the bacon is hot.

This could also be done with flour tortillas, too, right? And I wouldn't think you'd have the issues with breakage like with the corn tortillas.

Do you have suggestions for freezing this? Would it be ok to split the recipe and freeze half? Should the frozen half be thawed before cooking? Should it be frozen after cooking? If so, how do you suggest reheating.
