cool whip, pecasn, crushed pineapple and vanilla instant puddings - do you mix the puddings according to directions on pkg.

No, you do not mix the pudding as shown on the package. You only use the pudding mix for this recipe. Add it to the pineapple (do not drain) and let set for a few minutes before adding the other ingredients. I have edited the recipe with more thorough directions so if you go to the recipe now it will explain in more detail as to how this recipe should be put together. Hope you enjoy it.

This could also be done with flour tortillas, too, right? And I wouldn't think you'd have the issues with breakage like with the corn tortillas.

Do you have suggestions for freezing this? Would it be ok to split the recipe and freeze half? Should the frozen half be thawed before cooking? Should it be frozen after cooking? If so, how do you suggest reheating.
